The Chef and staff offer this elegant dinner preceded by a tasting of five new Markko releases.
With the meal a wine lot has been selected to highlight each course.

After the last GaddingVine so many of you took time to answer
with comments, suggestions and points of view which reflected the deep
understanding you have for this fun but complex industry. Since growth now
accelerates, the best goals for this industry diffuse and stray from the path.
Since consumers seem to choose their leaders, the primary goal involves
educating wine people to develop their appreciation and understanding.
But the producers need to stay ahead of the crowd in product and marketing.
Here the difficulty rest with vineyard plantings for the market ahead which begins 10 to 50 years down the road.. Hard to grasp this time frame.! A World Market.
Will try to get back with each responder. A huge thanks again to Thom, Tim, Mark, Wes, Harold, JD and others who gave thought and time to answer with notes, Lots of good new ideas and topics to discuss and share keep things alive and fun.
